These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the QC Market website and the purchase of goods offered through it. The website and goods are provided by Qatar Creates, a subsidiary of Qatar Museums, Commercial Registration No. 57183. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please review them carefully before making a purchase. We may update these T&Cs from time to time. Any changes will apply to new orders once published on the website. Although errors may occur, we will correct them as soon as reasonably possible. If an error affects your order, we will inform you promptly.
Purchasing Goods Online
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. Order Process 1. Add items to your shopping basket. 2. Log in (or create an account). 3. Enter delivery details. 4. Confirm your order. Order Confirmation • Once we receive your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email with your order number and details of your purchase. • This acknowledgment is not acceptance of your order. • Your order is only accepted, and a binding contract formed, when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. Payment • Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched. • If you pay by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed at the time we prepare your goods for dispatch. Availability • If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you in your dispatch email. That item will not form part of your contract, and no charge will be made for it.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched (generally within 1–2 business days of placing your order). • To request a cancellation, please email customerservice@market.qacreates.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number. • If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return it in accordance with our Refunds & Exchange Policy. Note: Once processed and dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, our standard return procedure applies.
Delivery & Charges
• Delivery charges are not included in the listed price of goods. • Applicable delivery costs will be shown during the checkout process. • Collection options (if offered) will be displayed during checkout. • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these T&Cs. Key points: • Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt. • Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, or refunded in accordance with our policy. • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, subject to compliance with the return conditions outlined in the Refunds & Exchange Policy.
Warranties
Unless otherwise specified, goods sold on this website are not covered by any additional warranties, beyond those provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
