International Shipping
Shipping currency & Calculation: All international shipping costs are calculated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are based on the estimated shipment weight, order value, and the destination selected by the customer. Unless otherwise stated, all items in a single order will be shipped together in one package. Shipping timeline: Shipping timelines are estimated and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, incomplete or inaccurate shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions). For up-to-date tracking, customers may refer directly to DHL Express using the unique tracking number provided at dispatch. Non-Receipt of Order: If you do not receive your package, you must notify us within three (3) months of the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution. Customs Duties & Taxes: All applicable customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that the declared value of your order be stated on the package. The release of packages is at the sole discretion of local customs officials. Please ensure that the contact information provided is correct, as DHL and/or its agents may need to reach you for customs clearance. Shipping terms: By placing an international order on market.qacreates.com, you agree to bear the cost of: - Original shipping charges; - All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes; and - Return shipping charges (including in cases where the shipment is refused at delivery). Please note: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders once they have been shipped. Delivery Policy
Delivery Service: We currently provide delivery of all local orders within the State of Qatar through our in-house logistics team. Upon confirmation and dispatch of your order, you will receive an email notification containing the relevant delivery details and tracking information (where applicable). Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines are as follows (excluding Fridays and official public holidays): Within Doha City: 1–2 working days Outside Doha City: 2–3 working days Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control (including, but not limited to, traffic conditions, weather, or operational constraints). Delivery Charges: Orders with a value of QAR 200 and above qualify for free delivery. Orders with a value of less than QAR 200 will incur a delivery fee of QAR 40. Additional Terms: Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at checkout. Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges. Delivery Issues: In the event of a delivery delay, we will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue promptly. For support, please contact us via our Customer Service page. Free Collection: Place your order online and select the option to collect your parcel for FREE at the giftshop at the National Museum of Qatar. We will send you an email notification when your items are ready for collection. When you arrive at the shop please go to the main desk to pick up your order. IMPORTANT! When collecting your items, bring your order confirmation email (‘Ready for Collection’) and a valid Qatari ID or passport. Someone Collecting on Your Behalf: If a representative is collecting on your behalf, they must present the confirmation email, their own ID, and a signed authorization letter from you, along with a copy of your ID. Store Collection Timings: You can collect your parcel at the shop during the following times once you receive a “Ready for Collection” email: Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: Closed Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Friday: 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Collect within 7 Days: Orders must be collected within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the “Ready for Collection” email. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, the items will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
