The hoodie was designed by Qatari artist Fatima Al Naimi as a celebration of the development of sports in Qatar. Fatima has a degree in art education from Qatar University and is also a member of Qatar Fine Arts Society. Through her art she searches for the meanings associated with the forms, using several contemporary methods and media such as video art, installations and paintings.
