Aurélie Bidermann Limonium Necklece - Red Bakelite

Adorned with the motifs of the Limonium flower, this gorgeous gold-plated necklace with red bakelite petals was exclusively designed for Qatar Museums’ gift shop by renowned French jewellery designer Aurélie Bidermann. The Qataf, as it is locally known, is the national flower of Qatar, which can be seen blooming between March and May. Its mesmerising presence can turn the otherwise beige landscape red and purple – most famously so at the Purple Island near Al Khor. The necklace is hand-made using the finest materials, and is guaranteed to be nickel-free in order to minimise the chance of allergic reactions. Made in France
