Abhilash Chacko
Indian-born and based in Doha, Abhilash [Kochuparambil] Chacko works across mixed-media painting and sculpture to explore themes of identity, migration, and cultural fusion.
His projects range from fine art to design commissions. A watercolour portrait of the Father Emir of Qatar, part of the Rulers of Qatar series, highlights Chacko’s ability to combine fine art with accessible cultural storytelling. While ‘PA’ is a character he developed for the 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum gift shop, designing 3D models in different athletic poses that became popular collectibles."
